The Porsche 924 is a sports car produced by Porsche AG of Germany from 1976 to 1988. The 924 was intended to replace the company’s 914 model, and was the first road car to be designed by Porsche’s new parent company, Volkswagen. The 924 was powered by a front-mounted, water-cooled, 2.0 L four-cylinder engine, which was coupled to a five-speed manual transmission. It was available in two versions: the base model, which was equipped with a single Zenith carburetor, and the 924 S, which featured a fuel-injected engine and a more powerful suspension. The 924 was praised for its handling and balance, and it was popular with enthusiasts and collectors.
This Porsche 924 S was first registered under the Porsche AG in Stuttgart on the 22.01.1986 before it was sold to the public a year later.
