This 911 was bought 20 years ago from the now selling second owner. It was first delivered to Italy in silver and a sportomatic transmission, but how it often happened back then, people switched the sportomatic into a manual transmission. Today is fitted in a period correct 5 gear manual transmission wich does its precisely job.
The engine starts right up and runs smoothely with a lot power. It`s working as a 2.2S should and brings tears of emotion to your eyes as you drive. The pulling power is so good that the tears flow almost horizontally to the ear.
Watching the engine from below you see no oil sweat or leaking. The engine is completely dry and the gearbox as well. The whole chassis shows that this car had been very well taken care of his entire life. Today it shows up in technical perfect condition. Even the rear axle barings and the swords of the rear axle were freshly renewed.
Watching the front area all the axle parts show no play and are not worn out. The suspension works as it is supposed to and the brakes are very good.
Watching the interieur you first see the Recaro sports seats with genuine leather. Once you sit in you feel the sporty comfort and can hardly wait to drive this yellow bird. Dashboard shows no cracks or damages and even the door panels look authentic perfect. The storage flaps are not worn out as in most cases from lots offered “F”-models.
The paint shows no cracks, scratches, etc. and looks beautifull and show a thickness measurement between 450 to 900.
